5999 West Boulevard, Kerrisdale, on Vancouver's west side. Specifically, at the corner of 44th Avenue and West Boulevard. Just look for the blue cross neon sign on the blue building with the yellow awning. Parking located on West Boulevard or in the parking lot at the rear of the building.
