Regular
health exams, and the judicious use of vaccinations as well as parasites control, dental care, nutrition
and behaviour form the basis of our philosophy. Pediatric and geriatric
animals have special needs and we are dedicated to life stage wellness as an
adjunct to any and all medical and or surgical intervention deemed necessary by
our professional staff. Clients will be offered an array of testing and
treatment
options for their animal depending on each case whether it be a
pre-anesthetic health check or the institution of a life long commitment to
medical treatment
The hospital also provides day-care and short or longer stay boarding as well as full bathing and grooming facilities. Our support staff care for all hospitalized animals, whether they are recovering from surgery, or simply staying overnight. Animals may be taken outside under supervision to relieve themselves as well arrangements can be made with external "dog walker" if a client wishes. Regardless of cause all animals admitted to the hospital are monitored closely by a Veterinarian who is on duty every day.
This is Carrot who was adopted by Dr. Michael and Michaelanne Dodds from a Langley shelter in November 2002.
