Dr. Michael Dodds
Dr. Michael Dodds grew up in Kerrisdale, attending both Kerrisdale Elementary School and Point Grey Secondary School prior to attending the University of British Columbia. At UBC, Dr. Dodds was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a major in Animal Science. Subsequently, he attended Scotland’s University of Glasgow, where he received a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery, thereby becoming a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) in 2000.
Dr. Janette Craven
Senior associate Dr. Janette Craven, an accomplished equestrian specializing in dressage, graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon following undergraduate work in UBC. Dr. Craven spent her first year in a mixed veterinary practice prior to joining the Kerrisdale Veterinary Hospital. She has provided excellent companion animal medicine and surgery ever since.
Dr. Michelle Chen
Dr. Michelle Chen, who speaks Mandarin, grew up in the small harbour town of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. She obtained an honours degree in Bachelors of Science at the University of British Columbia prior to pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in sunny Australia. She received her veterinary qualifications from the University of Melbourne with distinction, and joined the Kerrisdale Veterinary Hospital in 2019 to provide the best possible care for companion animals.
